Device Programmers

The EMP-21 programmer is a recent programmer with a choice of USB or parallel port connection to a PC. The EMP-21 supports over 4000 devices. A portable programmer suitable for both development and on-site use, with a higher specification than the EMP-11 or GALEP-4, including verification over the min/max operating voltages. EPROM Emulators

EPROM emulators with MPE software offer a fast and simple method of loading software developed on a PC into a target system and debugging it. Most models provide virtual UART and breakpoint on address facilities with no extra hardware on the target. The Grammar Engine device is not cheap, but does what you need.
